Single-blade Compactor

The demountable compactors produced by B.P. Metalmeccanica are ideal for reducing the volume of any type of bulky waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, wood, metal containers, etc.), resulting in significant savings in transportation and cleaning costs in storage areas. They are constructed with high-quality steel in an oblique frustum-conical shape to facilitate waste emptying. The electro-hydraulic operation, connected to a 380V network, can be automatic, semi-automatic, or manual.

The electrical panel is equipped with a PLC and is certified according to CE standards. The hydraulic control unit with a 7.5 – 11 kW motor provides a compaction force of 35 to 50 tons, with a maximum operating pressure of 250 bar. The rear closure door can be either a manual flag-type or a hydraulically operated tilting door with a vehicle-mounted hydraulic locking system. They are equipped with double rear lifting hooks to facilitate handling. The front hook is foldable to ease material loading with satellite vehicles.
