BP Metalmeccanica srl, always careful to environmental problems, has designed an equipment for the separation of aggregates from the washing water of concrete mixing plants, concrete mixers and concrete pumps.


The Vibrowash machine works with vibrating screen system, requires a special structure (bath) for the collection of water which are then reused for the production of concrete. It is equipped with hopper accumulation of residues of washing which are then treated with the machine, and then separate the solid part (inert) from the liquid one.


The micro particles that remain present in the water are kept in suspension by agitators which allow the complete re-use in the production cycle of the concrete. It can also be equipped by a conveyor belt that transfers the inert residues in specific areas.
