B.P. Metalmeccanica was the first to recognize the need to keep photovoltaic systems clean to safeguard their production capacity.
Since 2011, it has started producing this type of machine, which has been constantly improved over time, also based on the needs identified during numerous on-site training sessions.
Photovoltaic panels need to be constantly cleaned to be fully utilized, both in desert climates, where the layer of dust needs to be removed approximately every 20 days, and in continental climates, where it is mistakenly believed that rain is sufficient for cleaning the panels. This misconception leads to significant economic losses due to the lack of proper cleaning.
B.P. Metalmeccanica offers three different solutions for washing and cleaning photovoltaic panels, depending on the customer’s needs.

Solar panel cleaning machine equipped with a telescopic arm. It can operate with brushes up to 7.5 meters in length, which are interchangeable, and features a cleaning system that uses water or dry methods.
