BP METALMECCANICA SRL has always pursued customer satisfaction through its entrepreneurial activities. Additionally, by maintaining its Quality Management System with a focus on continuous improvement, it aims to optimize business processes by establishing work and communication methodologies across various functions, and by defining activities that govern the exchange of information between the customer and the company.

The management has decided to define a specific Quality Policy, whose pursuit will not only consolidate the company’s market position but also ensure increasingly stable customer loyalty. This document attests to the organization’s concrete commitment to continuous improvement and serves as the natural reference for identifying and reviewing quality objectives.

The management has decided to orient its operations within defined strategies, which can be summarized as follows:

– Maintain the adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System, with a view to continuous improvement and in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, by:
– Defining the internal and external context within which the organization operates,
– Applying a risk-based approach (Risk Based Thinking).

– Operate in compliance with the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders, activating effective communication channels.
– Operate in full compliance with the regulations applicable to the organization.
– Understand, comprehend, and communicate at all levels of the organizational structure the needs and expectations of customers, translating their needs into organizational requirements, and making every effort to exceed their expectations.
– Increase the competitiveness and profitability of the company.
– Systematically apply, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of business processes, including through performance analysis methodologies.
– Pursue the gratification of all company personnel by providing the resources to enhance their knowledge, competence, and awareness of the relevance of each activity toward achieving company objectives.

In conclusion, the General Management intends, through the Quality Management System, to create a new corporate culture by involving all personnel in continuous improvement so that achieving quality objectives is a shared common goal and becomes the priority commitment of everyone.

The General Management commits to implementing this Quality Policy by ensuring the necessary resources and conditions for its realization and periodically reviewing it to verify its consistency with the defined objectives.

Measurable quality objectives that are consistent with this policy and the strategies contained therein, affecting all business activities and involving various responsible functions, are defined and verified in their implementation and effectiveness during periodic reviews of the Quality Management System.

As the success of the Quality Management System is essential for the company’s competitiveness and growth, it is crucial that all employees understand and share this Quality Policy.

The Quality Manager is delegated the task of preparing and updating the Quality Management System, verifying and reporting its effectiveness. In carrying out this activity, the Quality Manager can rely on suitable company personnel and will coordinate them directly.
