Machines particularly suitable for reducing the volume of bulky waste such as paper, cardboard, plastic, and general packaging. They are produced in three versions, varying in power and size, with electro-hydraulic operation connected to a 380V network, available in automatic, semi-automatic, or manual modes. The electrical panel is equipped with a PLC, allowing the machine to operate in sync with any material feeding systems.
The hydraulic control unit is equipped with a dual gear pump, allowing the machine to reach pushing forces from 20 to 45 tons, with an operating pressure of 200 bar. The machine can be equipped with a loading hopper, with dimensions adjustable according to customer requests. They can be mounted on a demountable structure to facilitate handling.
