BP Metalmeccanica produces and markets products and components for mechanical structural sectors, civil structural, ecology and renewable energy. It works on an area of 4500 square meters, built on an area of 25000 square meters. It realizes structural steel for civil works, demountable equipment for ecology sector, supporting structures for fotovoltaic fields, steel construction for industrial machinery, telescopic booms for various applications. It operates both with its own projects and with customer specifications. The quality of products and the care of processes are the strength of the company.

Quality Policy

BP METALMECCANICA SRL has always pursued customer satisfaction through its business activity. Furthermore, through the maintenance of its Quality Management System, with a view to continuous improvement, it aims to optimize business processes by establishing work and communication methods between the various functions, and to define the activities that govern the information exchange between the Customer and the Company.


The Management has decided to define a specific Quality Policy, whose pursuit will allow not only to consolidate the company's market position but to enhanced customer loyalty in an increasingly stable manner. This document attests to the Organization's concrete commitment to continuous improvement and constitutes the natural reference for the identification and review of quality objectives.


The Management has decided to direct its work within the framework of defined strategies and summarized in the following points:

1 - Maintain the adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System, with a view to continuous improvement and in accordance with ISO 9001 standard’s requirements,
- defining the internal and external context within which the Organization operates,
- applying a risk-based approach (Risk Based Thinking);      
2 - Define its own internal and external context within which the Organization operates;
3 - Operate respecting the needs and expectations of the interested parties, internal and external to the Organization, activating effective communication channels ;
4- Operate in full compliance with the regulations applicable to the Organization;
5 - Knowing, understanding and communicating the needs and expectations of customers, at all levels of the organizational structure, concretizing their needs in requirements for the organization, making every effort to exceed their expectations;      
6 - Increase company’s competitiveness and profitability;      
7 - Apply, monitor and systematically improve the effectiveness of business processes, including through performance analysis methodologies;     8 - Pursue the gratification of all company’s personnel by ensuring the resources to increase knowledge, competence and awareness regarding the relevance of each activity towards the achievement of corporate objectives.


Ultimately, through the Quality Management System, the General Management intends to create a new business culture, also through all personnel’s involvement to continuous improvement so that the achievement of quality objectives may be shared as a common purpose and may become the priority commitment of each. The General Management undertakes to implement this Quality Policy, ensuring the resources and conditions necessary for its implementation; periodically reviewing it in order to check its consistency with the defined objectives. Objectives for quality measurable and consistent with this Policy, and the strategies contained therein, which are of interest to all the Company's activities and involve the various responsible functions, are defined and verified in their implementation and effectiveness on the occasion of the Quality Management’s Periodic System Review. Since the success of the Quality Management System is essential for the competitiveness and growth of the company, it is of primary importance that all employees understand and share this Quality Policy. The Quality Manager is assigned the task of preparing and updating the Quality Management System, verifying and reporting on its effectiveness. In carrying out this activity, he can rely on the company’s personnel that he deems suitable and which he will coordinate directly.   Good job everyone!
